My journey started in 2020 when the world hit pause, and I reconnected with my old love for design and music. I began by helping small businesses conceptualize brand identities, which led me to a marketing management role at Hubble Lithium, a renewable energy startup in South Africa. It was a wild ride—from a complete brand overhaul to leading a growing team. But my proudest moment was arranging the company’s first international exhibition at The Smarter E energy conference in Munich, Germany. I managed the project in its entirety—from travel/shipping logistics and marketing campaigns to designing the exhibit booth. It was the biggest project of my marketing career, and at the same time, I was also releasing my first EP and producing my first music video.
With a beating heart for music and a calling that I could no longer ignore, I made the leap—I left South Africa, joined my family in Canada, and dove into the music business. I enrolled into Durham College's esteemed Music Business Program and made the honour roll. My first performance in Canada was at the Horseshoe Tavern, and my first design gig was with Canadian Music Week. I also got to be an emerging artist with the Canadian Musicians Co-Operative and even designed artwork for a close friend's first UK tour during my first summer in Canada.
Right now, I’m the Art Director for Legacy Branding, a college initiative that lets me play with creative ideas, and I’m also the project manager for marketing at Oshawa Music Week 2025.
My goal is to bring my love for music and design together to help artists find their voice, tell their stories, and make their mark in the music world.
